FOUNDERS
YOU.MIND was born from the questioning of its Partners about the traditional model that organizations were still operating. Experience and accomplishments abounded for grounded analysis after decades of successful work at consulting and technology firms such as PwC, KPMG, IBM, Mastercard and StoneCo.
The realization that the world had already changed and that this was stimulating them was also a consensus.
The idea was to do something that had a complete alignment with their beliefs and goals and that naturally brought even more fulfillment personal and professional.
At that very moment, Brazil was beginning a virtuous cycle of entrepreneurship and innovation, an environment that was already close to the partners involved.
From there the path was natural. They began the journey, planning and doing, already in the booklet of entrepreneurs. Initiated an immersion in the ecosystem, began to act as venture
builders, as investors with a real involvement in the success of the projects, identified and brought companies from other countries to operate consistently in Brazil and, on demand, began to bring together professionals, startups and traditional companies to a kind of community model, which is the essence of what they call "The Business Platform", where innovation and business are fostered, with the goal of sustaining value growth for each party.
